Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to OrderStack. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth digital service experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we are here to help.

Refunds

Since our services are digital and subscription-based, refunds are limited to the following situations:

  • A verified technical failure that prevents access to the service for more than 72 hours.
  • A user is charged but their subscription is not activated.

To request a refund, please contact support@orderstack.space within 7 days of payment. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original method of payment. Subscription fees are non-refundable in cases of user error or change of mind.

Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time from their account dashboard. Access will remain until the end of the billing cycle.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
