Terms and Conditions
Welcome to OrderStack. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our order and delivery management system.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an OrderStack subscription.
Subscription and Billing
OrderStack provides a digital service on a subscription basis. Users are billed LKR 10,000 per month. Payment is handled automatically through our secure payment gateway.
Product
In compliance with Sri Lankan law, the following items are strictly prohibited from being listed, sold, or promoted on our platform:

Medicines, prescription/OTC drugs, and health supplements without NMRA approval (e.g., antibiotics, painkillers, vitamin tablets, herbal capsules)

Alcohol and alcoholic beverages without proper licensing (e.g., beer, wine, whiskey, arrack)

Narcotics, illegal drugs, and controlled substances (e.g., cocaine, cannabis, LSD, ecstasy)

E-cigarettes, vaping devices, and related products (e.g., vape pens, nicotine pods, e-liquids)

Tobacco products (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco)

Flammable liquids (e.g., perfumes, body sprays, lighter fluid, aerosol paints)

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related parts (e.g., guns, knives, bullets, fireworks)

Counterfeit or pirated goods (e.g., fake branded handbags, replica watches, pirated DVDs, cracked software)

Currency, coins, counterfeit money, and related financial instruments (e.g., fake currency notes, foreign currency without approval)

Wildlife, endangered species, and any related products (e.g., ivory, tortoise shells, rare bird feathers, exotic pets)

Pornographic or obscene content/material (e.g., adult magazines, explicit videos)

Lottery tickets and gambling-related products (e.g., scratch cards, online casino credits)

Hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, and toxic waste (e.g., industrial acids, uranium, chemical pesticides)

Human organs, blood, and other biological substances (e.g., kidneys, plasma, human hair for wigs)
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, removal of listings, and possible legal action under Sri Lankan law and the Online Safety Act (No. 9 of 2024).
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
Service Access
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

Limitation of Liability
OrderStack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the latest version.
